The Relationships between Immigrants and the Authorities in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis deals with the relationship between immigrants and the immigration authorities in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first one summarizes the facts about immigration authorities - the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, the Foreign Police and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. It also discusses the causes of migration, the legal aspects and the non-governmental organizations that serves as a mediator between immigrants and the authorities. The practical part deals with the topic of immigrants and the authorities in the media and literature. It also includes a field resarch made by a qualitative method of directed interviews with the immigants, the representatives of non-governmental organizations and the representatives of the immigration authorities. The research is supplemented by an observations at Prague office of the Ministry of the Interrior. The most criticized problems of the Ministry of the Interrior is the failure to meet the statutory deadlines during the processing of applications for long-term stay, the behavior of officers and the queues of immigrants associated with a long waiting. The creditors of the last members of the Rožmberk house

The thesis Věřitelé posledních Rožmberků (The creditors of the last members of the Rožmberk house) engages in creditors of Vilém of Rožmberk in the years 1589 1592, especially in the creditors whose claims his brother Petr Vok of Rožmberk took on after the death of Vilém of Rožmberk in 1592. The thesis based on from the list of the rožmberks debts that preserved in the State Regional Archives in Třeboň. The thesis attemptes achieve "the collective biography" of these creditors with the use of prosopographic method and find the commons signs that connected these creditors.

Calvin's Ecclesiology

The Bachelor thesis "Calvin's eccesiology" firstly presents his masterpice Institutes of the Christian Religion. The book was published several times. The its final edition comes from 1559. Then I focus on Calvin's vision of the Church. He spoke about the invisible Church which was created by people who had been elected by God's secret will. I attempt to demonstrate the impact of the doctrine of predestination on the life of a Christian. Belief in a personal election becomes a strong motivation leading to greater effort. It also brings reassurance that God would not allow the elected to fall. Calvin offers definitition of the visible Church. The pure preaching of the Word of God and the right administration of the sacraments are crucial to recognise the true Church. There are two sacraments used in the Church, baptism and the supper of the Lord. Four offices has been instituted for the government of the Church. Pastors have a unique responsibility to represent Christ and to serve in His name. I consider them as primus inter pares. Calvin dedicates a part of his ecclesiology to the power of the Church which he sees in doctrine, legislation and jurisdiction. Keywords Calvin, Church, sacraments, offices, church power

It is focused on their influence on political decision-making process, which is expressed by the influence of elite on reigning Naṣrid dynasty. It examines the elite denomination in contemporary Arabic written sources, their links and delimitations. These were mainly common economic and power interests. On the basis of the ǧāh pyramid it focuses on each aspect: Sovereign as a source of legitimacy of political power, the vizier as a major counterpart to the ruler, the inner circle of emir in which was concentrated the remaining part of the political elite, and also the Naṣrid women. Vizier, as the most significant part of this group, was eventually transformed to the role of regent and ruler's public representative.
